Job Description: Project Leader in Foundation Repair/Construction
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Leader to join our team in the foundation repair and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a high level of expertise in foundation repair techniques, project planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Management: Oversee all aspects of foundation repair and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction professionals, ensuring all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain high standards of quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on foundation repair.
- Drivers license: Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to be insured.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of foundation repair techniques and practices. General knowledge of the construction industry and safety methods.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Must obtain applicable OSHA safety certifications once hired.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
