Cracks in walls and brick
Stair-step cracks in block or brick, and vertical or diagonal cracks in drywall above doors and windows, usually mean one part of the foundation has moved further than another.
Floors that slope or bounce
Uneven floors, a noticeable dip in one room, or bounce as you walk across usually point at failing supports under the house rather than the flooring itself.
Doors and windows that stick
When a door that closed fine for years suddenly catches at the top corner, the opening is no longer square. That is movement, and it does not correct itself.

Carbon fiber straps, steel I-beams, or tie-back anchors, chosen based on how far the wall has moved and what is pushing on it.
Crawl space support
Block columns and adjustable steel jacks to take the sag out of floor framing and stop it coming back.

Most foundation movement in East Tennessee is a water problem first. We fix the drainage as part of the repair, not as an upsell afterward.
